The Tech Revolution Farming Needs Now—According to Kwamigah Atokple
CEO of Sesi-Edem Co. Ltd, Gabriel Kwamigah-Atokple has stated that agriculture remains the backbone of many countries and communities.
He says he is of the firm belief that the future of farming must be driven by innovation, technology, and sustainable solutions.
He said this after announcing a strategic partnership with their subsidiary Sesi-Edem LLC USA, and Catalyst Green LLC, a leading United States-based company introducing advanced biological agricultural solutions designed to improve soil health, strengthen root development, enhance nutrient availability, and support healthier crop growth.
He said their focus is on the Ghanaian farmer by providing access to modern agricultural technologies that improve productivity, restore soil performance, and build more resilient farming systems.
“Beyond agricultural improvement, this partnership seeks to create value, support skills development, and contribute to employment opportunities within the agricultural sector.
“I am grateful to my partner and Board Chair of Sesi-Edem Group, Dr. Brian K. Johnson, whose decade-long relationship and shared vision have helped make this collaboration possible.
“I am firm in my belief that together, we can build a smarter and more sustainable future for agriculture in Ghana through private partnerships that complement government’s commitment to agricultural transformation. Our contribution, though small, will help create meaningful impact for the Ghanaian farmer.”
