Brush your teeth AFTER breakfast, not before!

Brushing your teeth after br£.akfast is generally more beneficial than brushing before br£.akfast.

Brushing after your meal helps to remove food particles and debris left on your teeth, reducing the chance for bacteria in your mouth to feed on them. This, in turn, helps to prevent cavities and other oral health issues.
However, it’s important to wait about 30 minutes after eating before brushing to avoid damaging your enamel, especially if your meal included acidic foods or drinks.
On the other hand, brushing before br€..akfast, which many people prefer, including you reading this😅, is also acceptable. It helps to remove plaque that has built up overnight and primes your teeth with a protective layer of fluoride before eating.
The downside, however, is that food debris from br£.akfast remains on your teeth afterward, which can provide fuel for bacteria throughout the day, particularly if sugary foods were consumed.
Ultimately, the most important thing is to maintain a consistent oral hygiene routine.
